Socialism is Conservative
Conservative and Capitalism is called
Progressive. Conservative means change that leaves states and conditions accordant, to a return to the exact or near same constitution previous to change. Fires leave the forests to regenerate. A community would preserve itself in near like structure and thus most vocations would be maintenance, as European cities do or did. The Socialist Whole maintains a successful environment as-is in the interest of all of its Parts.
Necessity and Subsistence
The natural law of nature and the means of its Conservatism is
Necessity and Subsistence, wherein the results & products of activity & behavior are equivalent to the energy expended, as necessary to the preservation and maintenance of any given pre-existent or present state and standard of living, in identical or near like form.
Necessity and Subsistence means that the economic results and products of the activity of living, are restricted to the replacement of energy consumed, and the continuation of the pre-existent economic condition and standard and of living, in a same or similar state. In terms of the human economics, Necessity and Subsistence is represented by the hunter/gatherer model and the Native North Americans until the advent of the Europeans.
Government
Government is a centralized authority of any number of persons, in some manner manifested or selected from the community at large, the purposes of which are to act on the behalf of the larger community as a whole. Government is Socialist by its nature. Its operating assets are paid for and owned by the community at large. Its purposes are to serve the community as a whole, and its economical means is non-profit.
