Socialism is the pooling of the collective resources of any group of individuals, for the purpose of producing benefit for the whole in the form of Government, and of which the pooled resources are utilized as best benefits all, and wherein individuals and small groups do not have facility and resources to accomplish what the collective whole can. The means by which this is accomplished is the through the collection of taxes, wherein all are to contribute to the Government, in various mechanisms to best produce equity. The nature and purposes of governments are socialist. This means that Government is able to create and maintain services that are used in common, such as providing roads, bridges, water, power or fire and police protection, by the collective resources of the community at large in the form of taxes.
Insurance is Socialist. One pays a small fee to an insurer who, by collecting from All, has a large pot of money which is then used to pay what the individual could not afford alone if necessary, such as damage by fire, car accident, flood, a robbery or even a funeral. This is Socialism. As well, the banks are Socialist. Each individual gives them a small sum to hold for security of which the bank, using the collective whole, finances larger projects. In both cases, Capitalist ownership appends the profits for private gain, who don't know they actually own Socialist in fact institutions. Churches are Socialist in that they are maintained by the collective contributions of the members as a Whole. Most of these for private profit institutions are brilliantly anti-socialist.
There would be said to be Socialists and Capitalists, which descend from the Whole and the Part. The Socialist Whole is to serve the
All, meaning everything inclusive of a type. All means what is common to all, and with commonalities as community, public and social union, government and Socialism, and is representative of altruism, democracy, community and cultural elevation for the all and everyone. The Capitalist Part is to serve the
One, which means exclusive of everything or All of a type. One is representative of self and self-centered, as singular, individual, autocratic, self-interested, self-serving and All for One.
