02/27/04 If it is Bush vs. Kerry -
the '04 election will be the first time in US history that
both candidates are members of Scull and Bones, the elite
Yale secret society. Historically, it is said, not all Scull
& Bones members have been right wing money grubbers, engaged
in domestic and international political skullduggery, but some have been left wing. Thus it is said that Skull & Bones is not necessarily homogenous. On the other hand it could be said
that by playing both sides, they can't lose, and control the middle. On the up-side this may mean that the possibility of Cheney leading a military coup, should the Republicans lose
the presidency, may be diminished. On the down-side it still may not prevent them from staging another 9/11 before the election. Kerry as a member of Skull and Bones has not relinquished his membership, so one must keep in mind, that
he may be a sleeper shill acting for a more moderate element
of the ruling class. Assuming this theory, it will be interesting to see, which wing the corporate media backs.
02/25/04 If anybody deserves to run
for US president it is Ralph Nader, who has been working for the common folks for 50 years. 'Washington D.C. is corporation occupied territory.' Ralph Nader adds another voice to the opposition. Nader is not someone who's voice is heard that often, but more so when the media feels he will aid the
Republican Party by pulling votes from the Democrats. If
Nader has to run for president to get his message out - so
be it. If the '04 Democratic candidate cannot garner the
Nader vote, and Nader almost more than anyone represents
the principles and interests of the supposed Democratic
party, then who do they represent? Muzzle Nader for Kerry's silence on why he is so in love with weapons systems? It is more likely that if Bush wins in '04, it will be due to the Republican Olympics and convention media assault, or an alleged October terrorist attack, than due to Ralph Nader.

02/18/04 Come to find out that the Wright Bothers weren't the first to fly, as had always and forever been led to believe in US of A. It was a New Zealander named Richard Pearse. If Americans are not exactly loved around the world, it is probably not appreciated how difficult it is to be a an informed American. For most in USA it is true, ignorance is bliss. However an informed American has to come to grips with one essential fact. Much of what one has been taught about America and the world and much of what is said on a daily basis is nothing but lies, from cradle to grave. Understandably this can be a difficult for most people to comprehend and to accept, especially if one has an identity invested in national pride. Better to invest one's pride in truth than national identity.
02/16/04 We don't need a commission.
We know that the Iraqi WMDs was about the biggest fraud ever perpetrated. But Bush needs a commission, one he can appoint, one that can be steered away from the real issues, or the fact that the WMD intelligence was manufactured in the Pentagon by the Office of Special Plans under the purview of Cheney. And
of course the culmination will be delayed till 2005, conveniently after the election. These facts are already out there, and will become available. So why the commission? To give the major media an out, so that they need not report
on the true facts as they become available, but always in self-deluded good faith, defer to the 'official' commission that is studying the problem.
02/13/04 MoveOn.Org has created tremendous power in the organization that they have created. The question is are they going to waste it? It is fun to have contests to get people involved and create ads for national air time. But also political money is precious, and probably few will see these ads, and it is questionable whether they would have any real affect anyway. Maybe what this organization needs to do is a Newt Gingrich. The only thing that will create real change in America is control of both houses of the US congress. Maybe they need to create a set of principles and back candidates that would adhere to them, and that run as Democrats, since by the nature of the 'Winner take all' electoral system, there can be only two viable parties
in American politics. They say this is already being done,
but a perusal of their web site finds no evidence of it.
02/11/04 As for Bush on the Sunday morning Tim Russert's, Republican Hour, did anyone get the impression that this guy has the mentality of 10 year old. And maybe he told the truth once, when he said he thought Saddam had WMDs - maybe. That is believable in terms of its wishful thinking. However the rest of this 50 minute interview, with almost no commercials for the prince, was nothing but lie after lie after lie. One has to wonder as to this congenital lying, whether it is intentional and he has not a moral fiber in his body; if he doesn't know any better because he is so dumb, or thirdly that he is completely mad and cannot distinguish reality from fantasy. Course it could be some combination of the three. There can be no reasonable government run by unreasonable people.

02/06/04 The American corporate media is now the enemy of the people. They are using their monopolies to control the mass mind of the US population. That the daily entertainment fare of the US corporate TV media is for the most part, some of the most insipid crap that can be devised - it can be said that in the system of capitalism, there is a need to show what the most will watch, and that most, seems to prefer crap. The same can be said for much of the skewed news, that could be argued people would prefer. But of late the media have become more and more engaged in controlling the political mind of the body politic, not by the persuasion of argument, that might be legitimate, but by lies, omission, smears, character assassination, fabrication and sensationalism. If they are not functionaries of an actual police state, they are functioning as if they were. If a police state media proceeds the actual state of fascism, will the reality follow?
02/04/04 These presidential candidates say they are going to change things - universal health care, jobs, end the war etc. But how are they going to do that? They don't say. Was we born yesterday? How they going to do anything except get investigated, if they don't have a Democratic congress. Republicans believe all Democrats should be in jail. These candidates have never mentioned the fact, that for any of them to ever do anything as president, but get kicked around in Washington, they would need a Democratic congress. Clinton proposed every Saturday and the Republican majority deposed every Monday. Where's the mention or Democratic movement,
concerted effort to take back the house and senate, necessary to carry out any of these promises? 'I will' - no you won't. It takes two branches of US government to get anything done.
02/02/04 What the capitalist media
will almost never mention relates to many of the viruses that are infecting the Web. There is a difference of philosophy concerning the Web's use - commercial versus free, open source. Of course in America commercial values dominate and control everything, and they want to control the Web as well. Most of the viruses are aimed at the internet commercial domination, monopoly and imperialism of Microsoft. And now there is company called SCO that is trying to get control of the free Linux operating system by claiming patent rights. The media of course is the commercial values overlord, and thus they will publish to high heaven, everything that supports the interests of capitalism and refrain from reporting most of what is contrary. This is why there is almost no mention of viruses pertaining to internet ideological wars, because then they would have to admit there is opposition to - um us?
01/30/04 Well as predicted by many - the US media killed Dean with the scream scene. Funny how the media constantly and continuously show athletes and coaches, actors and anybody in a crowd anywhere, and at baseball, football or basketball games, jumping and screaming, as a vehicle to promote their viewer ship, sell products and give excitement to their broadcasts, without which they would feel flat. 01/26/04 US college campuses are often divided like with an Apartheid Wall - liberal arts and middle to upper middle class students on one side, and the science, tech, and industrial arts, with the more practical lower middle class students on the other. Of the former is the tendency to liberalism, while the latter to Pseudo-conservativism. This latter as
a group, in general would seem not to have so much an interest in ecology and the environmental movement, probably because the source of much of the ecological problems comes out of science, because science is believed by them to be the panacea of all human ills, and because an emphasis on ecology means less exploitation of the environment, which means a negative affect on their upward mobility, money and status. The objective drives the logic.

01/21/04 They are apparently having trouble finding a jury for the Martha Stewart case, since they can't seem to find anyone that is so dumb that they never heard of Martha Stewart. Finding someone who doesn't know anything about this case is akin to trying to find the dumbest people that ever lived. And since this is standard operating procedure for American jury trials, it would seem there must be a reason for it. Seems like they would do better to pick intelligent people who knew the difference between bias and objectivity. Naw - but then these people who are smart enough to get out
of jury duty, since most don't like it and try to avoid it, would have to serve on juries. Can't have that.

01/16/04 Some Republican congressman wants to ban 8 four letter words from broadcast television. The broadcast networks are apparently so devoid of creativity that they think that if they can produce shows that are rife with 4 letter words they can be as good as HBO. As if they aren't already airing enough viciousness, they feel the need to use vicious language as well. Some are worried about the first amendment and censorship. 4 letter words are in bad taste,
and are generally not found or are they necessary in family fare such as newspapers. Another reason the TV network 'creative' community will give, for the need for 4 letter
words is the necessity to be realistic. The TV series Law
and Order would be a candidate for such language, but come
to think of it, have never missed them. And of course 4 letter words should not be banned in books, records, night clubs or where ever the individual obtains these materials privately. But to give to the networks the power to pollute the airwaves with four letter words, the way they are already doing with violence, lies and insipidness would be moronic to say the least.

01/09/04 It is ironic that what is called corruption is the ideal of materialist society. It is basically to get or stay as rich as can get and be. Corruption is simply the pursuit of the materialist ideal illegally. Thus where the ideal is material elitism, there is forever corruption. Revolutions occur when the corruption is so great that the masses rise up and change the ideal from material elitism to some form of non-material purity, such as religious law, human rights, equality, freedom and perhaps some day environmental consciousness. And then almost immediately the materialists overthrow the new system, or begin anew to acquire the ideals of corruption, until the society becomes so debased that a revolution becomes necessary again.
01/06/04 For the first time the Brits tried to put a rover on Mars but unsuccessfully, perhaps in competition with the US, and as something more on the world stage than second fiddle war for oil imperialism. The US has now bounced a lander onto Mars again, and apparently very successfully, showing up the Brits. But not to be completely undone, the Brits have successfully landed Tony Blair in Iraq, in broad daylight in the city of Basra for a whole day, where he was actually able to rove around out of doors.
01/03/04 As far as the US Republicans are concerned, they would like for you to be on your own, as far as health coverage goes, individual responsibility, even as they send your jobs overseas. If you can't afford a doctor then a big help would be to eat and live healthy. Quit eating their processed and fast foods. Eat Oatmeal or Granola for breakfast. Limit coffee to one or two cups. Soup, salad or sandwich for lunch. Fresh vegetables, carbohydrate, pasta rice or potato
and home cooked protein for dinner. Forget all that factory made crap between meals, have some fruit or juice if you have to have something. Eat green onions, garlic and olives. Quit drinking sugared drinks, or reduce to one can a day, dose by thirds. If alcohol - one or two a day. Be regular and don't miss meals. Get the amount of sleep that the individual body requires. Brush teeth morning and nights and floss in the evening. Limit sugar foods to none or once a day. Walk as many miles as possible a week, and hopefully if the body and mind are naturally sound, you won't need a doctor if you can't
afford one. And most important keep an active and up mind.
12/30/03 God knows where they learn it, Harvard Business School or someplace. Things like clear Ivory liquid so you cant see that you are using too much, or bottles that used to have small openings for easy pour control now spill out like Niagara Falls; or the big box with the shrinking package inside. Cut pensions, workers, wages, benefits, working conditions whatever. It doesn't matter that the corporation is already profitable beyond belief. The CEO has to justify his 26 million annual salary, and thus raise profits for stockholders to prove it. So somebody is going to get screwed someway or how.

showed up one day wearing a neck brace. Said he had to
move a refrigerator and having some background in physics,
he figured out the optimum use of his body for maximum leverage. Unfortunately, what he didn't figure out was the degree of strength his body could endure in relationship to that physics.
