The Metaphysical-I is said to manipulate reality and/or inspire forms of subconscious clairvoyance, wherein the individual's thought, speech
and action seem to produce future events and circumstances by preceeding them, and which enables the individual to assume a responsibility for those events if one were so inclined.
For one finding themselves in such a situation, there is no doubt as to the correspondence between thought, word and deed and future events, for such correspondence seems to exist absolutely. Belief in the connection may be mandatory. Thus for one who would or who had the capacity to accept such a state of affairs, an explanation or the seeming scientific impossibility might be considered irrelevant. If one were to use the facility as a learning tool, the phenomenon might produce the necessity of the study of every facet of human affairs, in order to enable an informed mind to make decisions, concerning perceived changes in the world, that one may or may not be responsible.
When the Metaphysical-I and the self are assumed to act in concert, and the Metaphysical-I appears to have extraordinary power, the individual may find it necessary to reevaluate one's sense of self-consequence. If by
the system of
Progressive Materialism, the individual is evaluated and evaluates oneself by Definitive Value, specifically by the results and products one possesses and produces, then one's Consequence is very specific, limited and most often small. Even though they were worth a million dollars, they never have left the county of which they were born. Comparing oneself to those with vast asset possession and production capacity may make one seem insignificant by comparison. However even possessing vast Definitive Value, still limits one to a single context of Consciousness which is definitive and limited.
On the other hand the Consequence of the Metaphysical-I is unknown, open and thus Olamic. It can be anything. Thus any real and defined Primary Identity wedded to Definitive Value and Finite Determination would impede and prevent one from an exploration of being something other than what one already is.
The concept of the
Universal Ego would have it that the Interpretive Context, as the basic interpretation of reality through the bodily senses, is fairly equivalent for everyone. Thus in so far as the Ego is concerned, by the study of oneself, one is capable of the study of most everyone else. The multiplicious dissimilarities in attitudes, values, thought, action, priorities or objectives between people are said come through the adoption of Identities.
