Private Property
is the exclusive possession and ownership, of any physical phenomenon, entity or event which has come to include any recorded thoughts, speech and action. Private Property is the condition of humankind in terms of personal possessions, like clothes, housewares, tools or keep sakes. Private Property is personal or community. Personal property is the exclusive possession, ownership and use by the individual alone. Community property is the exclusive possession, ownership and use by any number of individuals as a collective organization like family, church, commercial, political or fraternal.
Private Property is the means of prohibiting or limiting the transformation or destruction of states and entities in the context of Progressive Materialism. Materialism is the consideration that everything physical has no inherent consequence in and of itself, and thus may be used as material for human created anomalous states, and the means to greater volitional abilities. The absence of all prohibitions as the Absence of Consequence, produces the greatest amount volitional abilities.
Private Property is the means by which any state or entity is given value and consequence and thus is afforded protection as law backed by force, from those possessing the least prohibitive propensities.
Private Property is a means to indicate and establish the degree of development, worth and consequence of the individual as an identity.
Private property is the means of enforcing moral codes of conduct. By the absence of all physical Consequential Integrity, prohibitions are completely conceptual and subjective, and agreement which is not enforced is difficult if not impossible. Private property enforced by law, solidifies moral codes and delineates by physical measures what is prohibited,
except when thieves plunder by fascism or warfare.
Human labor is necessary to the construction and maintenance of all human created states. Private property represents the incentive and reward for the energy and effort expended in the creation of progressed states as Excess and Profit.
Private property is privacy and the freedom of disagreement. It is the means of the freedom of the voiced word and action of the individual, in which the individual is free of the constraints of public or other's property. It performs the function of independent values and belief systems, separate from the neighbors by isolation on their own plot. Private property makes possible the ability of people to get along in the larger sense, though they may disagree in every way.
In terms of Indigenous peoples wherein spirit is considered an inherent aspect of the land, private land is anathema. The individual is not free to wander through the various elements and aspects of the landscape considered to be like church grounds and homeland of the spirits.
If the individual uses as a guide to life-decisions, the omens of circumstance and situation, of free open un-privatized land, the individual must be free to follow the dictates of what is considered as Spiritual Authority. Private property leads to a state of mind which restricts movement, acts as an authority for activity and behavior as the necessity to procure, preserve and maintain property as material, and with perhaps love, but no spirituality of living celestials.
