The Globalists would be from management and paper-work families considered the more elite and therefore more highly paid and thus better educated. The Locals work the infrastructure as the day to day everything that is life's necessities, and at the lower end of the pay scale can't afford and haven't time to traipse around the world of summer times. The Locals are more God oriented where the Globalists are Gold, and wherein on the local level both can and do work well together even if fractured socially.
However on the Global level both God as monotheistic Religion and Gold as Capitalism are equally as stupid, and in which Corporate Capitalism is and will destroy the planet. There is no evil that Corporate Capitalism will not commit. In both cases the Given Existence is of no matter and of no concern, except as resource for the MetaPhysical Ideal and Extra Mundane Authority, as Progressive Materialism called the Progressive Paradigm. It is a pseudo Intelligence glitzy on the surface and nothing within.
