A further distinction is made between the Conservative and Progressive, as that which affects Intelligence is Natural Affection and Emotion. Natural Affection is explained somewhat by the concept of Amorphous Sensation. All stimuli registered by the Human Sensory Apparatus automatically in every conscious moment, is experienced as incremental degrees of distinction and accordance, wherein no Association from the memory, as specifically Consequential Value affects or animates the sensory experience or response.

Natural Affection is cool, calm, collected, and the difference between this and Emotion is as the smell of flowers, the taste of cuisine, the feel of leather, the pain of a stubbed toe, as compared to her flowers won first prize, her kitchen caught fire, his favorite leather coat was stolen and his stubbed toe became infected which made him quite angry. Natural Affection would be associated with the Whole, All, Ego, Polytheism, Matriarchy, Socialism and Democracy. Emotion would be associated with the Part, One, Identities, Monotheism, Patriarchy, Capitalism and Fascism.

Consequential Value is said to be the primary affect upon sensory response as actuality or thought, the degree of which would be the difference between Natural Affection and Emotion. When the sensory response reflects the natural and direct affects upon the sensory apparatus as opposed to the dictates of Consequential Value it is called Natural Affection. When the sensory response is affected by and relative to Associations which contain Consequential Value significant to the individual it would be called Emotion.

Emotion as associative Consequence parallels the Dyadic Authoritative Comparative, or an emotional scale of zero/one to ten, and thus emotional temperament is pre-set relative to the scale. Hate of course is to be directed toward the bottom and love reserved for the top, with a range of mid-level emotion in-between.
