The two fundamental
economic and social systems are Socialism and Capitalism, which essentially means social welfare and economics for the all and many, and capital economics for the one, the individual, family, corporation or clan.
Socialism and Capitalism are likened to the Whole and the Part, socialism as the whole and capitalism as the part. Honest government represents the Whole, as to serve the community at large as a collective, aggregating small fees from each individual, and pooling the funds for large projects individual's could never afford, like roads, bridges, fire and police, water, power and disposal, where these last three have not been appropriated by the Capitalists.
The community is the Whole and the individual is the Part. A Whole by its Parts, produces products internal to itself which contribute to the whole's sustainment. A Part is a Whole in itself producing products internal to itself for self sustainment. However the definition of a Part is to produce products external to itself, which benefits the external Whole of which it is a Part, as a heart pumps blood for the Whole.
The Whole is Socialist which means that every Part produces a product that is a benefit to and makes up the Whole, and which contributes to the Whole's continuous existence, as every organ and part in the body. Every Part is of equivalent value, by its necessity to the proper function of the whole.
Government is Socialist representing the entirety of the community. Results and products produced by the Whole are internal to itself. Health, human services, public transportation, mail, water, streets and lighting, generally available to anyone and all equally.
Socialism of the Whole is non-profit. Capitalism is the expression of the Part, or individuals creating products sold external to the Part for profit. Socialism of the Whole is said to be Conservative, in that government tends to maintain itself in a same or similar condition, as the nature of the Whole is self sustaining integrity.
Capitalism of the Part is said to be Progressive working for itself to become larger, make more money for itself, and is not necessarily interested in the affairs of the larger community. Parts produce products external to themselves which may or may not be of benefit to the Whole they are Part, called free enterprise capitalism. These Parts are primarily interested in Progressive entrepreneurial advancement, producing and selling improvements to the quality of life.
The Progressive system of evaluation as especially applicable to Capitalism is antithetical evaluation between opposites of numerical valuation, or numerical One as subjacent and inferior thru a scale of ascending consequence, thru to ten as superior and paramount upper ascendency consequence. The low of the lower classes are one. Five is middle class, and the high of the high-life ten is the upper classes.
The numerical system of Progressive evaluation could also be so construed as to represent the same system of antithetical dyadics, or the All of Socialism as common, mundane, undeveloped of inferior value, with an ascending scale two thru nine, to ten as superior developed and perfected as One. Mr or Mrs elite, exclusive, aristocratic, upper class. All would represent the common ordinary everyday mundane All, the same as typified in Socialism. One represents the individual peak, as produced thru the progressive development of Capitalism.
The evaluative system of Socialism is a fixed single point, based on what is common of the All, or what is common to everyone as set value, which emphasises everyone as the same and equal, as exampled by organizational uniforms and uniform fixed standards.
Evaluation based on a fixed ideal as compared to more or less, as the great cities of Europe which are fixed standard maintained masterpieces, and if added to may destroy the integrity of the originals, or if unmaintained may descend to ruin. The primary responsibility of the Whole as government Socialism, is to maintain a fixed standard of serviceability for all.
When the Part successful gets really big and of course believes it is a ten or One, compared to the common All, it may come to believe that it is the head of the Whole, and that the Whole should serve the Part, rather than the Part the Whole.
"In April 1938, President Franklin Roosevelt sent the US Congress the following warning: “The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That in its essence, is fascism.”"
