Envisionment
is what could for some be described as the first aspect of what is called Manic Realizations.
These are improbabilities of mind, that are seemingly impossible, but represent conceptions that one would ordinarily never entertain. These improbabilities may concern power, wealth, fame, world Centrex, paranoia, territories, secrecy and communication, all of which may never ordinarily be of much interest to the individual.
The conception called Manic Realization is an astoundment a comprehension, that one is not singular, anonymous, powerless, unimportant and insignificant, but rather just the opposite, or something on the order of omnipotence.
From the standpoint of the accumulation of knowledge, the true actual reality of the state of Manic Realization is considered of less importance, than what can be learned from the entertainment of the conception. If one believes they are omnipotent, should not one utilize this power? If one does utilize this power, will they not learn and not understand, the
implications and ramifications of such use, and the knowledge that would ensue in such a course ?
The conception is omnipotence and all powerful. If such be the case then further assumptions might be envisioned. The following represents this envisionment.
POWER :
The assumption that one is all powerful begs the question of what source is this power ? since physically and materially one has no potency. If the individual were to believe that they possessed such power, then the implications of such
potentiality based decisions would necessarily need to be understood. Decisions made without belief of their capacity, or without the power to implement them, would be mere abstraction without consequence and without seriousness.
FAME :
If one is all powerful, then one must be famous. Fame would be the attribute that would give power its reality. If one makes decisions in secret, then one can hide from them, call them meaningless exercises and easily repudiate them. On the other hand if one believed that every decision was widely known, the very act of making decisions would be affected by the pressure that would ensue. For decisions to have weight, affect and Consequence, to the greatest degree that can be imagined, they must be believed to have affect on others, and the greater number of others, the greater is the sense of their significance. Thus for one to have the power of significant decision-making one must be famous.
The practical affect of fame in the context of Enigmatic Belief, or obscure, oblique, secret avowal, is that living in a state of isolation as the Mundane Consciousness, one has no ability to make decisions that have much real affect, unless one has real, power, fortune or fame. However all physical aspects of these in real actuality, are limited to one person, place and time.
Enigmatic Belief as the practical affect of making decisions, does not have the impact unless one believes that any number of others are aware of the decisions one makes. Power would not have the affect as a learning tool, unless it were known to many others.
WEALTH :
Wealth may or may not be a necessary vehicle of enigmatic belief in power. However since wealthy people have power and obtain and hold their power by means of wealth, it is incumbent on the individual to understand wealth as a means of understanding the workings of the social construct of civilization. Therefor wealth is an integral aspect of the exercise of Enigmatic Belief and power, and one should understand the Consciousness of wealth which enables power.
ENEMIES :
With the concept of fame comes the realization that power, fame and fortune already exist in manifest material form, and that one's new found facilities, would probably represent a threat to the already existing powers that be. Thus the concept of enemies and allies arises, wherein allies are what keep one safe. If one is great one must come into conflict with others also of power, and who have real physical facility, both of decent and indecent purposes. The perception of dangerous enemies increases the perceived degree of consequence, thus enhancing the reality of decision-making.
SECRECY :
As pertains the concept of enemies, the individual may realize that it is safer to keep one's new found condition a secret, not that anyone would believe it anyway.
This is also necessary to protect the condition of Enigmatic Belief and the integrity of the Learning Illusions that stem from it. This is in apparent contradiction to the necessity of fame.
Of course one is famous, but does not test the concept by asking anyone. The point is the Learning Illusions not the actuality.
The condition of secrecy has its dangers, in that the individual lives with a perspective of reality in isolation from the reality of others, and thus may become lost in a subjective maze. The idea here is to continue living a normal interactive life of assumed power, fame and significance out and about everyday.
COMMUNICATION :
Because of the secrecy necessary to the state of Enigmatic Belief, the individual needs various means of communication to one's allies and those who carry out one's various edicts. One must communicate to both one's allies and those not, as a requirement of power. Thus one may communicate by symbolism from vistible
points such as hill tops of view, of which a symbolic language is constructed.
WORLD CENTREX :
Another source of power other than fame or fortune, is what is called the World Centrex, which is a world power center. Primarily this power center affords one mystical, magical or Metempiric Power.
The believability of the Centrex or whatever the source of power one chooses, depends on a degree of actual performance. The concept is, if one thinks or says it - it happens, somewhere in the world as reported in the news. The power is to command what happens, and if it happens within a limited period of time, the assumption is culpability. Now does one take responsibility ?
TERRITORIAL :
Since the individual is entrusted with such large responsibilities of power, and since the individual can only be in one place at one time, and knows so little about other regions of the world, the concept occurs that there are other power centers and other persons with similar capacities representing various regions, as may be divided by varying scenarios based on such things race, religion, nationality, politics or cultural affinities.
Generally countries may have two centers, one political and the seat of government and power, and another as a cultural center, magnate for arts and crafts, liberalism and political experimentation a non-material power center. Territories are also related to the location of power centers or power spots as sources of immaterial power.
