The Conservative
and Progressive Assessment are two types of Finite Determination, which means that results and products as changed and altered states, explain the activity, behavior and reason for change. The statue explains the quarrying of marble.

The Finite Determination as the Conservative Assessment is that natural change, explains itself as an already perfect result and product, of which change continuously restores and renews. The earth is a Terrarium for thousands and millions of life forms.

The Finite Determination as the Progressive Assessment, is that natural change produces no results and products which explain what natural activity and behavior is, and thus what does explain change is human created. Electricity explains the electro hydro power dam in in river.

Standards as authority, wherein by comparison, any state or entity is assessed value and consequence. God is a standard to which human behavior is assessed. The Authoritative Imperative is either the pre-existent state and conditions of nature or the human creation of Qualified States. Indigenous people may worship nature while Christians worship a conceptual God, and build their worship places.

If the Given Existence and natural world, is said to be an already complete and finished result and product, it would construe and explain the activity and behavior of the change of itself, by what it already is, and all natural change could be said to promote the preservation of itself, in its already existing condition.

Since all natural living things duplicate themselves in identical or near like form, and the same could be postulated for in-animates as well, it could be said that this duplication is the preservation of an already existing result and product, both as categories of entities, and of the living existence as a whole. Thus is natural activity and behavior explained as what it is.

If the Given Existence and natural world is not considered to be a complete and finished result and product, then it has no comparative state or standard, which conforms to the concept of the Absent Determinant, which is the absence of any known and certain authority which authorizes, determines, mandates and certifies what the absolute nature and dynamic of reality should be, and which represents a standard and model to which human activity, behavior and conduct should correspond and conform.

Thus to determine must by Finite Determination, or human created states such as highways, bridges and dams, which explains the activity and behavior of their making, generally as Excess and Profit or something more than was before.

In terms of Comparative Evaluation, Finite Determination is the creation of Comparative States as distinct from nature, as results and products that are Qualified States of human creation, as conceptual states in origin.

Comparative States represent goals and ideals which by the creation or possession of, represent superior, exceeding, superincumbent conditions compared to the natural world, and explain the activity and behavior necessary to create and maintain them as more, progressed, improved such as plumbing and air conditioning.

Comparative States represent a Finite Context as reason and purpose for living. They define what the natural world is in terms of Definitive Value, or as material resource for human existence. Because only changed states as human created results and products have purpose, the reason, meaning, value and consequence of the natural world is resource and material for Qualified States.
