This is termed Altruistic Authoritarianism where the intended and theoretical purpose of Authoritarian rule, is not for selfish and self-serving ends, but to promote and maintain a more ideal society. The purpose and altruistic motive of communism is to promote a completely equitable society, wherein all the assets of the community as a whole are held, owned and equally accessible by all members of the society. This is something like a library where all the books are freely available to all to borrow. The central thesis of communism is to regulate all aspects of society, so as to promote the equitable distribution of all economic and social assets, which are produced at cost or non-profit, and where in theory everyone is equal in all aspects and relationships, with all other members of the community and the government.
Communism is essentially an
Economic Authorization. It is a
Materialist philosophy and assumes that economic justice solves all the problems of the human condition. Communism is based upon the government ownership of the
assets of the community to produce economic equality. An example might be the production of books.
The government regulates what books are to be published, the number to be printed, co-ordinates the procurement of resources, the production, and the distribution of the finished product free at no cost to the individual. Labor is the currency of the economy wherein earnings are not in money, but in the products and services provided free such as the book.
The immediate problems which are evident, is the criterion upon which books are selected for publication, and the assignment of who does what jobs and for how long.
