America is an Empire
and not a democracy. So who runs the Empire ? The dreaded NSS or National Security State as : the military, seventeen security agencies, the state department, the CIA, the military industrial complex, Homeland Security and affiliated corporations all of which are completely unelected. The province of the Empire is foreign, and of it's operations, the Congress and Senate are but rubber stamps.

And of course the NSS controls the mass media. Most Americans don't know they live in an Empire because the media never heard of the word except in the context of ancient Rome. To work in the mass media requires an IQ of less than one hundred. Most of the mass media in America is controlled by billionaires. "Is it any wonder that the mainstream corporate media reflects the views of the oligarchs, and not average Americans?" Which goes to show how utterly moronic billionaires are concerning world affairs.

The NSS is socialist. It lives off the government largess, paid for by the public taxpayer. Yet ask any agent of the National Security State what they think of socialism, and they will tell you they are against it. So astute are these, that they do not know that they themselves live off socialism.

The NSS always needs an enemy to justify its skim off the top tax payer levies, and the more enemies the better. Turn on the national news and one will hear almost nothing but continuous enemies, enemies and more enemies.

Drugs are an enemy which is why they are always illegal; drugs and gangs and drug-lords, although the only people who go to prison are the users and small fry. Illegal drugs provide funding for the intelligence agencies to conduct illicit black bag political shenanigans. Empire drugs as well are a means of controlling radical youth. Get them all strung out.

The ruling class owns controlling shares in the large corporations. If the National Security State acts in the interest of overseas corporations, they act in the interest of the ruling class.

America is a world Empire, the largest in history, with all countries under the thumb of world domination except the omphalos of evil : Russia, China, Iran, Afghanistan, Syria and North Korea. The Military Industrial Complex or MIC needs enemies and second of all, the Empires enemies are those who refuse the Empires neck leash. It's not rocket science. However there is hardly an American and especially of the political class, intelligent enough to figure this out. Iran is the only democracy in the Middle East.

While the National Security State is hosted by a socialist entity i.e. government, the NSS promotes capitalism and disparages socialism in every instance for it's citizens, although they themselves have socialist medicine, retirement, insurance and shopping.

The dreaded NSS overthrows governments more self interested in their own citizens welfare than the Empire itself. The NSS installs criminal elements called color revolutions in their stead so to control raw resources for Empire assembly lines. On that score they are not any different than the Romans were.

No matter the crime the Empire gets away with it. The Empire controls the mass media. Books are written and published but not enough Americans know how or what to read to make a difference. And the media bullies and character assassinates anyone who might.

The question has often been asked why did the German people do nothing about the Nazis. Why do not the American people do anything about the Empire is the answer.
