The Ego and the Identity are defined as interpretive portals for the Thinking-I, thinker, thinking process and decision-maker. The Thinking-I is considered neutral as neither male or female. The Thinking-I can think and believe anything it wants, and can separate itself, although perhaps with difficulty, from the sexuality of the body's chemical and biological urges, and can live in a world of total fantasy unrelated to the real world. The Thinking-I is the decision-maker and thus must be independent from chemically induced automatic irrationality of the body. The Thinking-I of a man and a woman will interpret the world differently, through the agencies of the Ego and Identity. The sexual interpretation through the Ego means to register and interpret through the body, sensory system and feelings, as opposed to the Identities, which register and interpret through the processes of mind. As a generalization the Ego is governed by the feelings while the Identity is governed by the mind.

The Ego is the interpretation through the body, the sensory system, feelings, Natural Affections and Emotions. It is of the sensory world, the physical makeup of the body, physical experience, the feelings and Emotions. In terms of sexuality the Ego can be dominant, submissive or asexual for both the man and woman. The sexually dominant Ego means that the individual feels in terms of sexuality: confident, aggressive, strong, bold, commanding, dominating, direct or take charge in terms of sexual interactions with either sex. The sexually submissive Ego means that the individual feels in terms of sexuality: feminine, weak, deferential, submitting, indirect or receptive in terms of sexual interactions with either sex.

The Ego is considered more or less fixed, while the Identity malleable. The Ego is considered here, unlike the teachings of such as Buddhism, indestructible and unchangeable, since the Ego is considered the definition and context and true reality of the individual body, with its natural born characteristics. One can suppress it at one's own peril or substitute Identity over it. The Ego is for the Thinking-I as a true sense of physical self. The Ego for both sexes can be male or female, where a male orientation feels masculine and audacious, while the female orientation feels feminine or sensitive.
