This is a theory of sexual preference, that while having no scientific basis, would seem to neatly explain the eight categories of sexual practice, that do seem obviously to exist. It first must be stated that it is accepted here that one is born with a male or female biology, a genetic, biological, chemical, sexual makeup, such as the concept of a very strong born-propensity as heterosexual, gay or lesbian. This theory proposes
a psychological sexual propensity overlay, the theory
of which is derived from the concept of the
Cognizance Theory, and the relationship
of the Ego and the
Identity. Thus
the schematic illustrating the proposed configurations of this theory, follows as eight sexual propensities,
of the combinations of Ego and Identity, as sexually - dominant, male-like, or submissive, female-like.
When the sex is male and when:
The Ego is male and the Identity is male: Male/dominant heterosexual. (Patriarchal)
The Ego is female and the Identity is male: Male/submissive heterosexual. (Matriarchal)
The Ego is male and the Identity is female: Male/dominant gay.
The Ego is female and the Identity is female: Male/submissive gay.
When the sex is female and when:
The Ego is female and the Identity is female: Female/submissive heterosexual. (Patriarchal)
The Ego is female and the Identity is male: Female/dominant heterosexual. (Matriarchal)
The Ego is male and the Identity is female: Female/submissive lesbian.
