Identity interpretation is said to be the source of Authoritarianism, where the authority for the Identity is external to the body and Ego as created by the mind. When the Identity is based on Authoritative Imperatives as superior personifications to the average, and to which the individual is to correspond, such as to aspire to wealth and elitism, which concentrates into fewer and fewer hands, privilege must become increasingly authoritarian
to protect its position from the masses and Identities must be created with inbuilt rationale to defend themselves such as guilt-edged grandee.
Law:
The dynamic and purpose of Law is Conservative, which means rules of conformance intended to produce consistent qualities and conditions internal to government's constituency, to avoid social friction and provide a smooth operating infrastructure, as conformance to universal standards, such as property and criminal law, weights and measures, zoning laws or traffic management.
Convention:
Law is defined as unwritten called Convention and government mandate called Codified. Convention is generally unwritten rule and law representing rules most people abide by as unwritten and consensual agreements, which dictates comportment. Convention is called Internal Authority, wherein individual discretion may be used as to the application of it employment based on situation and circumstance. When in Rome do as the Romans do. One would not wait for a green cross walk signal if there was no apparent traffic. Convention is also known as custom, etiquette, decorum, manners, formality, propriety or understanding. Since Internal Authority would
be said to be the dynamic of Socialist government, the internal authorization of Convention would be the primary means of social conformance.
