The Replica Theory speculates that if there
is such a thing as a Non-Physical or
Spiritual Plane, that it might resemble a greater mind such as the human mentality. The Replica Theory springs primarily from the idea that for the universe
to be other than a machine, it would need
Will, of
conceiving, acting or making decisions.
For the universe and living existence to be truly alive, independent of automatic and mechanical cause and affect behavior, it might need a non-physical replica, double, comparative or Negative Dimension. The physical world or
Positive Dimension is considered as Conservative, meaning that all change produces altered states that aid in the continuation of the pre-existing states in a same or similar condition, so that
all things existing, continue in that existence ad-infinitum. This condition is mechanical, automatic and stable, and may be absolutely necessary in terms of its own survivability, as unable to destroy itself. The physical world with the capacity of Will may be a contradiction in terms. All life and perhaps the very existence of everything would seem to depend on the absolute regularity and consistency, of nearly all of its actions as for example, if the earth were to stop its rotation, then all life would immediately cease to exist. This regularity would seem to indicate perfection and thus the need for Will would not be obvious.
