Government :

Government is any number of individuals, which in some manner is selected from the community, that acts on the behalf of, and performs functions for the community as a Whole, in which the community otherwise would or could not do for itself. Government by definition is Socialist. This means that the purpose and objective of government is to act for the larger community as a Whole. Its assets and purposes are owned, and are to serve the community in common, as a nonprofit organization. Government acts as a unifying authority for all the diverse individuals and interests in the society as a whole.

The government regulates the relations of individuals within the community. Individuals, families, clans, or organizations do not necessarily agree with each other and may have different standards for all aspects of living. The government regulates with laws, activity, behavior and conduct, so as to promote the greatest safety, the least friction and theoretically the most fairness. By the concept of government, the purpose is the mutual benefit of all of its citizens, and rules and regulations should be equitable to all.

Common Consent Accords

Common Consent Accords are Social Contracts wherein the terms of the agreement are so comprised, that every party to the Accord can willingly agree to them. Agreements based upon terms and contracts, wherein the terms of the compact are so comprised that they are obvious to all members of the Accord, and that every member can willingly and readily agree and consent. Volitional Agreements are Social Contracts created and constructed, so as best benefit the community as a whole, and are considered here the province of Government.

Government is a Whole which serves itself and the community at large as a collective, aggregating small fees from each individual and family unit, and pooling the funds and organizing large projects, individual's could never afford like roads, bridges, fire and police, water, power and disposal, where these last three have not been appropriated by the Capitalists. Honest Government is Socialist, and Socialism is the Whole. PolyCulture is characterized by the Whole, the All, Socialism, Polytheism and Democracy.

Accordant Authority

Accordant Authority would be said to be an operative mechanism of the Whole, wherein all the Parts accord and are in accordance with the operation of the Whole of which they are a Part, called Unified Function of each and all the Parts; and whereby any Products accord and are in accordance also. Accordant Authority is the operative office of Socialism, wherein the Whole, as represented by Government, designates the organizational commonalities, to which each of its elements or Parts conforms, as correspondent, voluntarily and by law, as Unified Function, wherein the make-up of all its components are unified in composition, preservation, continuance and function.

Democracy

Democracy is defined as descendant from, and as integral to, the concept of the Whole. Socialism is the pooling of the collective resources of any group of individuals, for the purpose of producing benefit for the Whole, as any town or city government, not stolen by private interest, and where every Part is a contributor to the Whole in various and sundry roles.

Democracy is forms of Government, wherein every individual in theory, has a vote which is registered in the manner of Direct or Representative Democracy. Democratic Socialism means a democratic form of government, usually a multi-party form of representation, in which certain basic areas of the economy are regulated owned and operated by the government. These may be services and commodities which are equally needed by everyone, but where everyone does not have an equal economic capacity to afford them. This may include such things as health care, education, day care, gas and electricity, water, sewage, waste disposal or media. Socialism is said to be inherently Democratic because Government generally, when not controlled by private interests, serves all the people equitably.

Democratic Capitalism is Democracy in which the economy is primarily Capitalist, and where government in theory should be limited to essentials such as Infrastructure and military, and everything else should be left to the privately owned competitive marketplace. Capitalist Democracy always degenerates to Corporate and oligarchical control, by the concentration of property and wealth.

Fascism

Fascism bases its legitimacy on Authority that overrides the lesser, of the two-tier bipolar consequential dichotomy, or matter and mind, wherein mind is preemptive of the physical, and the most fundamental of authorities are God, Gold and Guns, exemplified by the Metaphysical Ideal, and since God and Gold are exclusive, guns are necessary for enforcement, for there is no argument which justifies exclusivity to the excluded. Fascism is the province of the One as self, me, myself and I, and us against them, and the I, as the Metaphysical Ideal one God, one man, one self, better than them.

The greatest Authority next to God and Gold is Government, or charter which is the Authority by which government's citizens are to behave and live customarily called the law of the land. Because capital and private property concentrates, Capitalist Government is sooner or later for the benefit of the owners alone, called oligarchy. Fascism as autocratic is said to descend from Excess and Profit, which as Private Property must be protected by force of law and arms. Because Excess and Profit accumulates into fewer and fewer hands, its natural propensity is to Fascism. Corporate Capitalism assimilated into government is sometimes defined as Fascism. Tendencies to Fascism are said to be Monotheism, Patriarchy and Capitalism.

Convention

Besides Democracy and Fascism, would be said to be what is called Convention, which means the way things are done by unwritten rule or law, as manners and mannerisms or how things are done, by most people of a particular social group, organization or culture. Convention tends to be cultural and local, as when in Rome do as the Romans do. Do not speak to strangers is not a law, but is a convention followed by many, if not most people. A convention at one time was ladies first, but that has gone out the window in more modern times.
