Most of the vast and complex systems of civil law is the regulation of the of the excesses of Excess and Profit and the
Private Property that protects it.
The dynamics and manifestations of Natural Law are
Conservative, which means that all natural change produces altered states that are conducive of preserving states that pre-exist the states and conditions that are changed. This is commonly called regeneration and by the continuous cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth, the whole of the planetary living existence continues to exist for eons. Because this state and condition can continue on for infinite periods of time,
with permutations in the climate, some extreme, this Conservative system may be called perfect, given the alternatives of a completely hostile, and not conducive to life environment, of the regions beyond the atmosphere as outer space.
A fundamental aspect of the natural condition and law is
Necessity and Subsistence. Necessity and Subsistence is integral to the naturally conservative system and is an innate aspect of the regenerative, self-sustaining and sufficient natural ecology. What is consumed by predation is almost always what is exactly necessary, and thus the environment is never depleted except by over-population, wherein by the inability of over-populated species to increase resource base, the species shrinks to a size in keeping with the ability of the environment to sustain it. The pre-existent state is maintained in its former condition.
In the Utopian model, Natural Law would be the first authority for human existence and the foundation upon which the laws of civilization or civil law would be formulated and regulated. No modern political system of the last millennium has used the reality of the natural world as an authority for the creation and implementation of political order.
