Natural Law

Because they are said to be transmitted through singular individuals, translated into the written word, and may not be based on empirical evidence perceptible to anyone other than the author, they are considered as conceptual. The secularist uses conduct laws created by government, as representative or authoritarian, generally based upon written constitutions.

The impetus and motive for nearly all Human Law and especially civil law, is human self-interest and seldom regards and takes into consideration the Natural Laws of the planetary environment, or if so, as only how, what is natural affects the human quality of life. Human Law is primarily based upon the affect of human behavior and conduct in relation to the creation and sustainment of Qualified States or everything human created, of which all is the product of Conception.

The dynamics of Human Law are Progressive. One of the aspects of the concept of progression is that human created progressed states replace pre-existent states wherein pre-existent states may be deemed to be primitive, undeveloped or inferior. Pre-existent natural states with living ecologies are replaced with dead states such as strip malls, parking lots or farm land, that serves only human life and that has no ability of sustainment or regeneration on its own without human involvement. This can cause the collapse of things like echo systems, the loss of wet-lands, rain forests, fishing grounds or turn fertile land into desert. Excess and Profit is the economic means of the Progressive system, which equates to economies based upon production, that produces a profit, and requires the ever expanding production of more and more commodities, the utilization of an ever greater resource base, requires an ever increasing population to produce and consume, an ever multiplying product base that equates to ever more pressure on the natural ecology.
