Then when a beautiful girl walked by in shorts and me and my silent companions all had their eyeballs glued to the window, the song 'I'm A Girl Watcher' by the O'Kaysions came on. I began to realize that I was not the only one tuned into the parallel synchronicity of this double entendre reality, but that my silent and anonymous companions were also.
A stretch limo with tinted black windows was stopped outside in the traffic waiting on a red light, and the song 'Money Money' by Tommy Jones and the Shondells started to play. But the best and when you could feel, that everyone was for certain, hip to the happening, was when a taxi pulled up and the driver got out. He was dressed in a Hawaiian, bright color flower print shirt and straw hat like an islander, and immediately the song 'In The Summertime' by Mungo Jerry began to play, a song that so characterized this individual that it was eerie. He came into the shop for a coffee-to-go and gave us all a glance. Couldn't help wondering if he put together what we were all thinking.
Now I was a hippy and looked like one, shoulder length hair and lengthy beard. And I suppose I looked a bit like Jesus. When I was in Israel a couple of years earlier, I was told any number of times that I looked like Jesus. And I always replied - well let's not start that again.
