Identities would be more representative of the middle and upper classes. With the advent of Excess & Profit and technological culture comes a manifold increase in the number of Identities as professional objectives, from rocket scientists and ocean biologists to computer software programmers, hundreds if not thousands of Identities are created with the increase in the availability of education and technology. One might call these educational Identities.
The Ego is represented by the MetaProperty All and the Identities by the MetaProperty One. Since all human bodies are for the most part the same, All means what is common to the entirety. All represents the sameness of each individual as what everyone has in common. The Ego would represent this property of an equity of the sameness of the body.
The common educational theoretical assumption has-it as does Monotheism, that the Ego is self-centered, singular, autocratic, self-interested, self-serving and everything described here as what the Identities entail. That the body as material and physical is of an animal nature that is beastly, gross and imperfect and possibly loathsome. The mind they claim is superior. And of course the mind is associated here with the Identities that can pretend anything it can get away with. One can by imagination be anyone or anything one wants even if totally unrealistic. However the Ego is limited to one and one body only and is monotheistic in that sense. Peter Pan or the Humpback of Notre-Dame. Of course naturally most might choose Peter.
The MetaProperty One represents what is distinct and different, as one objective from another, and any number of personifications, one-can adopt as Identities. One is representative of self, distinct, narcissistic, self-centered, individual and private, exclusivity, the few against the many, one against another. One then is represented as intrinsically fascist, the self against all others.
