The third plane of the Negative Dimension overlaps with the lower or first plane of the Metaphysical and is called the plane of Identity. This plane is the higher consciousness, perhaps what Freud called Super Ego as the mind and memory overlapping the first level of the Metaphysical or the level of Future Determination. The concept of the Identity means that the mind can create any number of Interpretive Contexts, in which to perceive the world and the self, and that these Identities are not necessarily restricted to the single context of the body, but as self-creation that can represent anything. If the Ego pretty much represents the present condition of the body in any given time and place, Identities tend to represent objectives as means to producing change and accomplishing goals, which produce realizations of future projections, such as a profession produces money guaranteeing future expectations.
The middle plane of the Metaphysical Dimension is that of the Metaphysical-I, the third element of the Cognizant Triad. The Metaphysical-I represents Future Determination, and is said to be capable of intervening in physical situations, circumstance and events producing actual experience for the body and Ego, and thus creating
Determinative Standards, as reference for future decision-making,
as real experience. Determinative Standards are generally based upon what is of Consequence to the individual. What is of Consequence is derived from the Positive Dimension in any given moment of the present. Consequence as Interpretation resides in the past as stored information in the memory, which is referenced when necessary automatically or by the Thinking-I. Consequence may be created by the Thinking-I alone in the mind and which is called the province of Identity. Future Determination, as what will be of Consequence in future is said to be the province of the metaphysical. The capacity of the mind can predict the future by probabilities, but cannot predict the future with certainty. Consequence in future is said to be the province of the Metaphysical-I and Psychesoma.
The third level of the Metaphysical Dimension is that of the Psychesoma and is the non-physical body double of Somatic or physical Being. The Psychesoma represents Extended Existence, as self-existence before and after present lifetime. In the condition of present physical existence, the character of the Psychesoma is invisible and unknown in contrast to the known Somatic Being. If one assumes Extended Existence, and at the same time limited or physical existence, these two if known to each other, might be incompatable, in that if the future is known there is no Free Will. Thus it could be assumed that if Cognizance requires both states, the result or intention may be Free Will. This would be the facility to interpret what is of Consequence, the determination of which would determine the future.
